When planning my PBL units I engage in the tunning process with other educators, coaches, and students. Below is notes that I took during the tunnings.

When I attend educational conferences, I strive to implement the strategies, ideas, and takeaways when I return back to my building. Below are notes that I took at the Professional Learning Community Conference in Des Moines.
d. Establishes and implements professional development plans based upon the teacher's needs aligned to the Iowa Teaching standards and district/building student achievement goals.
Often, when I return from a conference or learning experience, I relay that information to my staff. Below is a presentation that was created after attending the Deeper Learning Conference in 2016. This presentation was shared out to staff during an in-service and aligns with district and building goals.
